Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup ice cubes crushed or regular
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar quality vinegar, optional for flavor

Method
 

  1. Place the sliced strawberries into the blender jar.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender with the strawberries.
  3. Pour in the balsamic vinegar over the berries and ice.
  4. Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth, icy, and slightly frothy, about 30–45 seconds.
  5. Stop the blender and check the texture; it should be thick, slushy, and evenly blended.
  6. Pour the strawberry slushie into glasses, ensuring a vibrant pink color with a frosty surface.

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with a mint leaf or a whole strawberry on top.
