Method
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates or pan to prevent sticking.
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and gently shape each into a round patty, about ¾ inch thick.
- Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper, then place them onto the hot grill or skillet.
- Cook the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until they develop a nice brown crust and are cooked through to your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, lay a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt gently.
- Once cooked, transfer the patties to a plate and let them rest briefly to lock in juices.
- Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster if desired for extra flavor and texture.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each beef patty on a bun half, then add gummy eyes on top to resemble monster eyes, followed by the top bun.
- Optional: Use additional cheese or toppings to enhance the monster features of your burgers.
- Arrange the finished monster burgers on a platter and serve immediately to enjoy the playful presentation and hearty flavors.
Notes
Feel free to get creative with additional spooky toppings like sliced olives or onion rings for extra monster flair.
