- Transfer the sweetened coffee to a blender, then add the crushed ice cubes for an icy space-filling effect.
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy, about 30-60 seconds. You should see a thick, icy texture with visible ice crystals.
- Stop the blender and check the consistency; if it’s too thick, add a splash of extra cooled coffee and blend briefly to loosen, if too watery, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour the frosty coffee slushie into glasses, letting the icy mixture spill over the edges for a visually appealing presentation.
